Wednesday The Hero in You – Interoception

 Program description

The Hero in you is a program that is based upon the Interoception Curriculum which explores how to promote self-regulation by teaching children about how to notice the body signals and emotions, how to take action and encourage contentment within the body. 

The curriculum utilised ‘experiments’ to investigate how one can notice their body signals, increasing awareness and knowledge about how it links to their emotional and utilising language to describe these sensations. 

When: Wednesday’s from 4pm – 5pm

Where: Peninsula Speech Plus Frankston, 16 Davey Street, Frankston 

Group Numbers: 6 participants

All participants (or parent) are required to attend a 15 minute ZOOM meeting with the therapist to ensure that we will meet your goals within this program.
